4.Shipping Policy

• Summer King currently ships all over India. All Products are shipped out between 1 – 4 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond Summer King’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, without any obligation to do so, Summer King may ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
• The company shall deliver the products to the address given by you to us according to the charges as applicable. The company is not liable to ensure delivery of the product in the event that the address given does not exist, no person is present to pick up the delivery or the address is in an unreachable location. In case the delivery requires a second attempt, extra delivery charges for such attempt shall be borne by you.
• The company may deliver the products in a packaging suited for the products being delivered which may change from time to time based on the availability of our delivery partners.
• The delivery shall be governed by the policy of the Company and the decision of the Company in all cases shall be final.

5.REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

• In case of any complaints with regard to the mode of supply, transit, or delivery, or any other supply related problems with our product, you may contact the Company via mail given on this website. The company will try to rectify the problems with the best intentions.
• The company reserves the right of refusal to give any after supply assistance in case of ineligible complaints which in the opinion of the company do not require any form of rectification.

6.PAYMENTS

• Company uses third party payment gateways for processing payment of all orders from the Website. Company is not responsible for any delays or cancellation of orders due to any payment related issues. As we do not control such third party’s technology, platforms, systems and processes, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any error or fault at the end of such third party payment gateway service providers.
