RETURN POLICY

• In case of any material defects in the products delivered to you by the Company, the Company will return in the form of a Discount on your next order. This Discount shall be equivalent to the monetary amount of proportionate goods which were found defective.
• This policy shall only apply on the event that more than 25% of the products delivered are found to have material defects. 1-2 mangoes being spoilt due to heat or other factors is a normal loss of goods and will not be considered for the return Policy.
• “Product defect” shall mean any defect in the product which is communicated to the company and approved by the company as a material defect for the application of the return policy. You shall report such defect within 12 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 12 hours of delivery of the package will not be valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation is allowed for orders once placed. Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met and orders cancelled by company will be refunded back within 10 days.
